Hatha Yoga

A traditional style of yoga suitable for all.  It provides a good introduction to the basic poses for beginners and yet still focuses on detail for established students.

Senior Chair Yoga

Improve joint mobility and promote strength whilst exploring accessible variations of traditional yoga poses.  We'll also explore how focusing on the breath can calm the body and mind.

An energetic yoga class which is suitable for the more athletic student and is specifically adapted for runners and other sports.
